Announcement at WPC for US Software Licensing Experts follows deal for Atria in Singapore

At the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) Crayon announced that it has completed the acquisition of Colorado-based volume licensing and software experts Software Wholesale International (SWI) for an undisclosed sum. The move for the US licensing experts follows the recent deal for Atria in Singapore.

Founded in 2003 SWI provides expert volume licensing, cloud and software optimisation services to its customers across North America from locations in Denver and Fargo. As a Microsoft Gold Partner for SAM and Volume Licensing and Microsoft Western Region Partner of the year 2014, SWI is also an important partner for many of the leading software publishers including Symantec, VMWare, Adobe and McAfee.
